September 8, 2023: Dang Ghorahi: Gramin Mahila Utthena Kendra (Rural Women Development Centre-RWDC) active in the social sector for the last 29 years, was honoured at a program held in Rajpur Rural Municipality on Friday.

RWDC chairperson Aasmani Chaudhary was honored for the best performance in the sector of rural women empowerment, women, youth entrepreneurship development, social capital formation, organic vegetable farming, adult literacy program, program for missing families in conflict period,  women leadership, raising the living standards of rural women farmers through livelihood programs and microfinance services in the Rajpur Rural Municipality.

RWDC has also worked for Strengthening Small holder Farmers Enterprise development (SLVC I and II) and Hatemalo project activities in Rajpur area.

The honor was jointly presented by Sharad Kumar Budhathoki, the president of Rajpur RM, Vice president Dhanpatidevi Yadav and administrative officer Bishnu Prasad Pandey during the program.
