RWDC Annual Staff Evaluation Process Begins

August 14, 2023: Dang Ghorahi: Rural Women Development Center -RWDC -rendering its humanitarian services ever since 1993 has initiated its annual staff evaluation meetings and process starting from August 13, 2023.
Annual staff evaluatory process and meetings are part of RWDC human resource policy to assess the working capacities, major strengths and weakness of the staff members so that valuable feedbacks given to them can improve the working conditions that would ultimately impact the output of the project activities being launched for the sake of most marginalized communities and rural poor households.
On Sunday, August 2023, the meeting and evaluation of staff representing Gadhawa Vita was carried out in the meeting hall amidst the presence of respective RWDC Board chair, members, Human Resource staff, Project coordinator and field staff.
The process of evaluation of staff will be continued on August 14, 2023 and on August 15, 2023 for other project staff too.
Simiarly, on Monday August 14, the staff evaluation for Vita Rajpur was held in the meeting hall.
Likewise, on August 15, the staff evaluation of RePLANT project was given a final shape.
