M &E and Data Collection Training held

November 6, 2023: iDE has organized M & E and Data Collection Training for the project staff of the RePLANT project in Nepalgunj at Kalpatru Hotel from November 5-6, 2023.

The project staff from RWDC Dang and SDF Nepalguunj representing project coordinators, Program officers, and supervisors participated in the two-day training. The training was facilitated by the M & E lead person of iDE Dr. Rakesh Kothari, Sudip Sedai Marketing Development Officer Sudip Bikram Karki, and RePLANT regional manager Kalpana Dhital.

The training mainly focused on methods of collecting and filtering field data related to agro vets, farmers, hermetic bags, PICS bags, community business facilitators, and various data related to the project that need to be maintained for reporting to the donor.

The RePLANT project is funded by USAID, technically supported by iDE, and implemented by RWDC in Dang since January 1, 2023, and the project is expected to phase out by the end of February 2023.
