Closing Program of Samunnati Cooperative held

Dang, June 14, 2022: Under the SLVC-II project being implemented in Dang, Salyan, and Pyuthan in partnership with Heffer International Nepal and Gramin Mahila Utthan Kendra (Rural Women Development Center -RWDC), Dang, Samunnati Social Entrepreneur Women’s Cooperative Society Ltd held its closing program in Lamahi on June 14, 202 amidst a program.
The program was presided over by the Chairman of the partner organization Grameen Mahila Utthan Kendra Ms Aasmani Chaudhary.
The chief guest on the occasion was the chairman of Lamahi Municipality Ward No. 2, Nepalu Chaudhary and the special guest was the Program Officer of Heifer International Nepal, Mr. Mahesh Kumar Acharya.
The closing program was attended by the board members and general members of the Samunnati cooperative. The program coordinator Bhim Kant Chaudhary briefed the participants on the closure of the program while Field worker Basanta Budha facilitated the program.
RWDC & Heifer international Nepal officials such as program officer Acharya and RWDC chair Aasmani Chaudhary were given away a token of love from Samunnati cooperative leadership (chairperson -Anju Chaudhary) on the occasion.
Program officer Acharya and program focal person Madhaba Pokharel also spoke during the concluding program. The program was dispersed after the closing remarks of the program chairperson Aasmani Chaudhary.
The program SLVC-II is closing on June 30, 2022. That is why a series of closure programs are being held.
